The primary cause and main influencing factor of lifestyle diseases is physical inactivity. Although many are aware of the importance of being physically active, few engage in it regularly.
Thus, this awareness campaign, “Ain’t No Sweat”, was designed to educate the public not only on the benefits of being physically active but also on how they could do simple and quick exercises anytime, anywhere. The campaign was targeted at teens in hopes of preventing onset lifestyle diseases and it was communicated through the use of digital advertising, ambient advertising, social media and a mobile application.
